Terms of service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These terms form a binding agreement between you and FansMood ("FansMood", "we"). By creating an account or paying on FansMood you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

1. Who can use FansMood

FansMood is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority in your country, to create an account, publish content, subscribe or pay.

Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, and you are responsible for everything done through it.

We may verify your identity and age at any time, including through a government-issued document and a selfie check, and we may restrict your account until that verification succeeds.

2. Creator accounts

As a creator you keep ownership of the content you publish, and you grant FansMood a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, transcode, cache and promote it for the purpose of operating the platform and your page.

You confirm that you hold every right needed for the content you publish, that every identifiable person in it is an adult, has given written and informed consent, and can be identified through documentation you keep and can produce at our request.

You are responsible for declaring and paying the taxes and social contributions due on your earnings in your country of residence.

3. Fan accounts and purchases

Subscriptions, paid posts, paid messages and tips give you a personal, non-transferable right to view content on FansMood. They do not transfer any ownership or licence.

Recording, downloading, screenshotting for redistribution, reposting or otherwise sharing a creator's paid content is prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination and legal action by the creator.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Money, fees and payouts

Payments are processed by mobile-money and payment partners. FansMood retains a 20% platform fee on creator earnings; the remaining 80% is credited to the creator's balance, before any fee charged by the mobile-money operator.

Creators can request a withdrawal to their mobile-money number once the minimum threshold is reached. Withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours on business days, and may be delayed by verification, fraud checks or operator outages.

We may hold, reverse or refuse a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, sanctions exposure or a breach of these terms.

5. Prohibited use

You may not publish or request content involving minors or anyone whose age cannot be verified, non-consensual acts or content, real violence, bestiality, incest, trafficking, prostitution or escort services, illegal drugs, weapons, or content depicting a person without their consent.

You may not impersonate anyone, scrape or resell platform data, attack or probe our infrastructure, use bots to inflate audience or earnings, or circumvent payment flows to take payment off-platform in order to avoid fees or our rules.

Detailed rules, and the consequences of breaking them, are in our Content policy.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, remove content or withhold funds where we find a breach of these terms or the Content policy, where required by law or by a payment partner, or where an account creates serious risk for other users.

Where the breach involves illegal content, we may terminate without notice, retain the related funds and report the matter to the competent authorities.

You may close your account at any time. Closure does not cancel amounts already due, chargebacks or legal obligations already incurred.

7. Liability

FansMood is a hosting and payment intermediary. Creators are responsible for their content and for their relationship with their fans; we are not the author of that content.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, lost audience or lost data, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid or earned through FansMood over the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use FansMood after that date means you accept the new version.
