Complaints & reporting

Last updated: 3 September 2026

If you believe content on FansMood is illegal, shows you without your consent, or infringes your rights, tell us and we will act. This page explains how, and what happens next.

1. How to report

Use the report control on the post, profile or message, or write to legal@fansmood.com with the link to the content, the reason, and how we can reach you.

Reports can be made anonymously, but giving us contact details lets us follow up and tell you the outcome.

2. Content showing you without consent

Tell us which content shows you and confirm that you did not consent to its publication. We restrict access to the reported content while we review, as a precaution.

We aim to review reports of non-consensual content within 24 hours. Confirmed reports lead to permanent removal, a review of the creator's other content, and account termination.

We may ask you for a document confirming your identity, only to confirm that you are the person shown. That document is used for the review and then deleted.

3. Content involving a minor

These reports are treated as the highest priority. Confirmed cases result in immediate removal and termination, preservation of the evidence and a report to the competent authorities.

4. Copyright

Send us: identification of the work, the link to the infringing content, your contact details, a statement that you own the rights or act for the owner, and a statement that the information is accurate.

We remove or restrict infringing content and notify the creator, who may reply. Repeat infringers lose their account.

5. Appeals and follow-up

Both the reporter and the creator receive our decision and can appeal it once by replying to that notice.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may pursue the matter with the competent authority or court in your country.
