Content policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
FansMood hosts adult content. Every person appearing in content on the platform must be an adult who has consented, in writing, to that content being published and monetised. This policy explains what is allowed, what is banned outright, and how we enforce it.
1. Adults only, consent documented
Every creator is age-verified before they can publish or be paid. Every additional person appearing in content must also be verified as an adult and must sign a release covering publication and monetisation on FansMood.
Creators must keep those records and provide them at our request. Content whose consent or age cannot be evidenced is removed.
Content is not accessible to logged-out visitors beyond a clearly labelled adult-content warning.
2. Zero tolerance
Immediately and permanently prohibited: any content involving a minor or a person who looks like a minor; child sexual abuse material; non-consensual content, including revenge content, hidden-camera or leaked material; trafficking, coercion or prostitution; incest; bestiality; real violence, rape, torture, mutilation or death; and content promoting self-harm.
Also prohibited: sexualised content involving family relations presented as real, drugs sale, weapons sale, hate speech and terrorist content.
Confirmed child sexual abuse material leads to immediate account termination, retention of the evidence and a report to the competent authorities. There is no appeal.
3. Not allowed without permission
Third-party content you do not own, including reposted photos or videos, watermarked material from other platforms, and copyrighted music.
Doxxing, another person's identity documents, private phone numbers, and any personal data of a third party.
Escort services, in-person meetings for payment, and any attempt to take a transaction off-platform to avoid our rules.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Content is reviewed after publication, on report, and through automated signals. Anyone can report content from the report control on the post or message.
Depending on severity we may hide content, remove it, restrict features, freeze the associated funds, suspend the account or terminate it.
You can appeal a decision once, by replying to the notice we send you. We review the appeal with a different reviewer where possible.
5. Fans
Redistributing paid content, harassing a creator, sending unsolicited explicit content in messages, or attempting to buy prohibited content all lead to account termination.
Requesting content involving a minor leads to termination and a report to the authorities.
